AGE RESTRICTION

By using our website and placing an order you must be 18 or older. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 years old or over. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.

If you are purchasing our products as a gift the recipient also has to be 18 years old or over.

Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or over. If our couriers are in any doubt of the age of the recipient on delivery they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

ORDERS

If we are not  able to fulfil the whole of your order we will contact you prior to dispatch, giving you the option for alternative products or to cancel your whole order.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via PayPal.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per bottle or case, as marked. The prices include VAT at the prevailing rate within the UK. 

RETURNS POLICY

If goods are returned to Dowr Kammel Brewing Co. They must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

You will be refunded for the goods once we receive them back, minus any shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.

Contact us on dowrkammel@btinternet.com if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will assist you.

DAMAGED GOODS

If in the unfortunate event, your goods are damaged upon delivery you should refuse delivery and inform us within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed. Contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems on dowrkammel@btinternet.com

Then we can then do everything we can to resolve the matter and resend the order, or issue a full refund, whichever is preferable.

Please note that our couriers will not deliver any parcel that appears to be damaged or faulty. Therefore we are within our rights to ask you for photographic evidence if you accept a parcel then later inform us that it is damaged. Once you have accepted your parcel it becomes your responsibility.
